PhotoEmerge, founded in January of 2007 by international curator and photographer Naveed Nour, was developed from a desire to encourage artistic collaboration, group critiques and sharing of pure photographic passion. Naveed has a keen insight with over 20 years of photography and exhibition background. He has photographed and exhibited his work around the world and provides critical expertise and mentorship to enable the individual growth of each member.

Since its inception, PhotoEmerge has come to the assistance of photographers looking for an outlet to share their talent with their community. By working closely together on individual and group projects each member contributes a different world experience, and through collaboration emanates a strong photographic voice.
